CAP 23 Alternate Design

I started with a chameleon as a concept for CAP 23, since it was a lizard that uses its long, sticky tongue, and I thought that fit a Dragon-type trapper pretty well. Its lanky limbs and bulgy eyes also looked creepy, so I worked that into its Ghost typing. The 'mon standing on its tail is likely inspired by Shifters from AdventureQuest.

I thought "spooky chameleon" wasn't good enough a concept on its own, and with feedback in the art thread, I gave it a secondary puppetmaster theme. After these changes, I still thought the design was uninspired, so I shifted designs completely and went with what would be become Phantastik.
