Shumetup Evolution

My entry for *PEQUEDARK-VELVET's contest to propose an elemental evolution of Shumetup, his fakemon ([link]). I used a random number generator to get the ice type, so I came up with a design for it.

If its design looks like another creation PEQUEDARK made, It's coincidence since I don't remember all of his works. o3o

Shumetup evolves into an ice form when it holds NeverMeltIce for at least five levels continuously, by which at the end of the five levels, evolves. Since Shumetup requires exposure to a certain environment for its body to alter and change, having it be constantly exposed to ice allows it to grow ice-adaptive features.
