Blastias

[link]: Originally a prototype pokemon for the third generation, it's idea was eventually split up into the pokemon Latias and Blaziken. So, I put the idea back together.

Pokemon belong to Nintendo. I do not mean anything by making a fan-sprite of what had not been released yet.
